StandTo provides mental health & wellbeing support to people living in Northern & Southern Ireland.

We have a team of qualified instructors to carry out activities & workshops.  All our workshops are sponsered through funders & your donations. We work with:

• Young adults 14-25 years old
• Adults & adults with a disability
• The Elderly Community
• The Veterans Community
