About 5km travelled today, great to see everyone becoming more effective in the boats. We also practised launching and landing at steps and quays, had a chat about the locks, and were aware and respectful of other water users. We saw roach, water lilies, moths and butterflies. The boys demonstrated very effective forward paddling when a big German Shepherd started swimming out to them. What a beautiful day to be on the water.
