Big Spring Clean Success

Very productive day today on our Big Spring Clean at Solitude Park Banbridge, 61 bags of rubbish, 5 shopping trolleys, 4 tyres, 4 bicycles, 3 scooters, 3 traffic cones, 4 metres of plastic spouting all taken out of the River Bann Solitude.

Thank you to Tesco Banbridge Friar-Tucks and Rosehip Café and Bakery for donating lunch and refreshments.

Thank you to our local councillors and community who came out and helped with our adopt a street clean, it was very much appreciated

Thank you to Live Here Love Here and their volunteers for the grant money which helped make this day possible.

Lastly thank you to the volunteers from Stand To and the DofE Northern Ireland who as always were on hand to help out.
